Who we are
Developers of automation and forward-thinking products.
iVizhin is based in Ramona, CA in the hills above San Diego. We have been building things that mix hardware, software, business and play, since 1996.
Our ag tourism vacation rental properties and a viral farm stand serve as our testing grounds. Everything we make begins as something we needed ourselves. We build it, run it every day on our own operation, and then share it.
That means our products are tested by real guests, real customers and real weather before anyone else sees them. A checkout that has rung up thousands of farm stand sales. A dart scorer that gets played every weekend. A drag strip built for a three-year-old's birthday, that's survived hundreds of guests.
We like cameras, sensors, screens and sound. We pioneered in IoT and evolved to AIoT.

Both came out of our own businesses. Both are built to work in the real world, on a phone, a tablet or a screen on the wall.
Farmgirl Finance
Bookkeeping with a camera-based self-checkout built in. A customer holds a product up to the camera and it is recognised, priced, rung up and logged. No barcode scanner, no POS terminal, no cashier.

Games you can stand in front of.
We build full-size games that put new technology into something you play with your hands. Both of these live in the game barn at Red Barn Ranch and get played every week.
Legend's Stadium Basketball
A two-hoop arcade basketball game built from scratch. We wrote the games, created the graphics and recorded the sounds ourselves. Shots are counted automatically and the scoreboard runs the game like you're in an arcade.

A four-lane, 1/24-scale drag strip with Sunday racing excitement built in. Two screens show the start, the run and the winner so everyone in the room can watch. It feels like you're racing. It was built for Legend's third birthday and kids LOVE it.

Automation
Smart systems for working farms.
We designed and built the physical systems that run the agricultural side of Red Barn Ranch. Sensors read the conditions on site, a weather station reads Ramona, and the ranch acts on both when nobody is standing there.
A greenhouse that runs itself
Windows open and close and fans turn on and off based on the weather in Ramona and the readings inside. Temperature and humidity stay where the plants want them.
Solar, internet-connected coop
A chicken coop powered by its own solar and connected to the internet, so heating, cooling and the day-to-day can be watched and controlled from anywhere.
Temperature and humidity
Sensors across the operation feed one picture of the conditions. Heating and cooling respond on their own, within the limits we set.
Water and power
Automated watering and power management for the equipment behind it all, scheduled, switched and monitored from the same system.
Ambient Weather integrations
We integrate and customise Ambient Weather stations, feeding live local weather into the systems that decide what to open, close, heat or cool.
Self-checkout and entry
The same thinking runs the farm stand's camera checkout and the smart entry at the properties.
Apps
Android and Apple developers.
We build apps for Android and iPhone. iVizhin Darts and Farmgirl Finance both run as installable apps today and are on their way to Google Play and the App Store.
We also build the web apps behind our own businesses: direct booking, guest guides, admin tools, dashboards and the screens on the wall at the farm stand.
Farmhouse Getaways is our hospitality business, and we manage its entire digital presence. The websites, direct booking, email, advertising, analytics, the in-stay guide, and the technology inside the properties are all designed, built and run by iVizhin.
History
Building since 1996.
Early innovation in digital photography and industrial models is central to our beginning. We've been bridging gaps between the physical and digital world for over 30 years.
Modern Arcade Machines
Three standard models and plenty of custom builds. The M1 arcade console rolled up to any television. The M2 table top put a whole arcade on a counter. The M3 was a full-size cabinet with a working coin door, an arcade trackball and a printed control deck under unbreakable lexan.
Our clients ranged from sports and music stars to tech and Fortune 500 companies. The custom artwork, the hand-built decks and the wiring were ours, and that is still how we work.

The dot-com boom years were spent on digital mapping and building digital presence.

Early shareholders in FreedomVoice, sold to GoDaddy.com in 2016.

Modern Arcade Machines founded in San Diego. Cutting edge custom arcade cabinets that were some of the first available that played thousands of ROMs.

Farmhouse Getaways concepts proven. Hosting technology & automation begins here.
- 2016
Invited as consultants to AT&T's IoT lab in Dallas.
- 2017
Farmhouse Getaways founded with the opening of Red Barn Ranch.

Farmhouse Getaways expands operations with Mountain Retreat.

The 2,200 sq ft entertainment barn was built by someone else, and automated by us.

Legend's Dragway is created for the entertainment barn.
- 2021
The bird garden at Red Barn Ranch was a journey into bleeding edge, Internet connected, solar powered smart bird coops & enclosures. Farmhouse Getaways releases the parody pilot episode of "Super Coops" to celebrate its opening.

Farmhouse Getaways expands operations by offering managed technology & hosting for vacation rentals.
- 2023
Legend's Stadium is created for the entertainment barn due to a failed automatic basketball scoring system.
- 2023
Mini Barn Market is built. It molded technology with trust for the human spirit into one of the most viral, popular and beloved farm stands in the country.
- 2024
Farmstand.TV is founded, the Farmstand Map, physical and digital, is created, and Mini Barn Market lands on the cover of the Ramona Sentinel and the Ramona Home Journal.

Farmgirl Finance is founded and excels in property monetization, a critical resource in the 2020s economy.

iVizhin is founded as a way to replace a failed third-party sensor on Legend's Stadium. Our properties are harsh testing grounds for technology, and guests are especially rough on games, therefore reliability is a critical part of our operations.
